Brand vs. entity
ENTRRO is a brand and trade name. The formal legal entity behind it is Wyola LLC, which owns and operates the ENTRRO platform, apps, and websites. References to "ENTRRO," "we," "us," or "our" across our documents mean Wyola LLC, d/b/a ENTRRO.
Nature of business
ENTRRO operates a customer-acquisition marketplace platform that connects independent promoters with venues. Promoters drive verified guests to venues, and venues pay for validated guests. The platform includes the ENTRRO promoter app, the ENTRRO Business app, door verification tools, and guest passes.
Responsibility for content
Wyola LLC is responsible for the content of its own websites and apps. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we may link to. Where users submit content, responsibility for that content rests with the submitting user, subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and DMCA & IP Policy.
